1. Scope and acceptance

By accessing this website and submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not place a booking.

If you purchase travel services online, we provide pre-contract information and trader identification and keep the required service and trader information available before you make a purchase decision, in accordance with:

For e-commerce in Ukraine, the website and online checkout display required e-commerce information and enable distance-contract ordering/payment mechanics. This is done in accordance with:

3. Availability, prices, and accuracy

All tour details shown on the website are provided for informational purposes. Availability is subject to confirmation by our team. Prices are displayed online; however, they may change due to provider rates, dates, or other business factors. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that every detail is error-free.

If we discover an error in the price or essential tour information after you place a booking request, we will contact you and offer either confirmation at the correct terms or cancellation without undue delay.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ukrainian law, queryflowsys.com is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including weather, strikes, transportation disruptions, force majeure events, or changes made by third-party service providers).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

5. Changes and cancellations

We may change schedules, routes, or components of a tour for safety, operational, or force majeure reasons. If changes materially affect the tour, we will inform you as soon as practicable and, where applicable, offer options consistent with consumer/travel norms.

If you need to cancel, cancellation rules (including applicable fees, if any) are provided during the booking process and/or in the tour description. Where required by consumer protection rules, you will be informed of the consequences of cancellation.

6. Personal data and cookies

If our site uses cookies or similar technologies that process personal data (such as identifiers), processing will be carried out with a legal basis and in compliance with applicable Ukrainian requirements, including consent where required, in accordance with:
